• Sewn sculptures in toy shaped formats (are they just making toys then?)
Kumaş oyuncak şeklinde, dikilmiş heykeller (yani oyuncak mı yapacak?)

"Oyuncak yapabilsem iyi olurdu ama sanmıyorum bunu oyuncak diye birilerinin oynayacağını. Çocuklar hakkında da ne bir fikrim var, ne de onlara karşı özel bir ilgim. Oyun parklarının yanından geçtiğimde, vıcık vıcık oynayan onlarca çocuk içime sevinç yerleştirmiyor. Arada bir kendi halinde oynayan bir iki çocuk görünce, ancak o zaman ilgimi çekiyorlar. Belki diyorum, bu çocuk büyüdüğünde tüm bu mutlu embesilleri geride bırakır. Geride bırakıp o nerelere gidecek emin değilim ama."

"It'd be nice if I could make a toy, but I don't think anyone would play with it as one. I have no idea about children, nor have I any interest in them. When I pass by playgrounds, it doesn't fill me with joy seeing children play. Once in a while, when I see a child or two playing on their on in a corner, only then they attract my attention. I say maybe, when this child grows up, he will outfoot all these happy imbeciles. I'm not sure where he'd be heading towards, though."

14.01.2014 - "Bir zamanlar canım karpuz dilimleri dikmek istemişti. Daha sonra onlarla ne yapmam gerektiğinden emin değildim. Demek ki şimdi sırası gelmiş. Arzu edenlere Beton Parçaları'ndan bir dilim karpuz dilimi göndermek istiyorum."

14.01.2014 - "A while back I felt like sewing some watermelon slices. I had no idea what I'd do with them afterwords. Looks like the time has come. I would like to send a slice of watermelon from my Concrete Pieces to those who wish to own one."
